- Add Red Stripes: Cut four thin strips of red paper (about 11cm x 2cm). Glue these strips vertically and evenly spaced around the white-covered tube.
- Add Blue Bands: Cut two wider strips of blue paper (about 11cm x 3cm). Glue these strips horizontally around the tube, between the red stripes, to create a pattern.
- Decorate with Dots: Cut out several small white paper circles. Glue these dots onto the blue bands on your tube.
- Fill with Confetti: Pour your confetti into the open end of the decorated tube. Don’t overfill it!
- Time to Pop: Hold the tube firmly. Pull down on the knotted end of the balloon and let go. Watch the confetti fly!
